The Travelling Gourmet believes our fundamental strength is that the best tasting food is organic and the best dishes are the ones with primarily organic ingredients. We strive to leverage local farmers, like The Heart of Christmas Farms and Wild Ocean to meet this goal whenever possible. We firmly believe in sustainable foods that are uniquely presented and have flavors that excite the pallet.

 

 

We are a locally owned and insured business that has an eye on the environment. To that, we will be leveraging a local company that provides eco-friendly products. All of the paper and plastic products used to serve food will be eco-friendly, reducing the impact on the environment.

The mobile commercial kitchen, owned and operated by Chef Silvia, an honor graduate from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary College is a pioneer in a culinary philosophy that the best food are made from the finest and freshest seasonal organic ingredients. Chef Silvia is experienced in the French

Caribbean cuisine, bringing a tried and true menu from her heritage to the local area.
